Honey massage on the face at home. How to do honey massage for wrinkles at home? Reviews, photos before and after

Many women dream of their skin becoming smooth and tender, and their complexion healthy and radiant. There are simple and affordable ways to achieve the desired effect without resorting to the services of expensive salons and plastic surgeons. One of the most effective is honey facial massage. You can do this procedure at home or in a beauty salon.

Types and techniques of honey massage

The beneficial properties of honey have been known for a very long time. The product is rich in vitamins, enzymes and phytoncides. It can provide the following effects on the body:

When applied topically, the active components of honey penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and have a stimulating effect at all levels. After a honey massage, skin tone improves, blood circulation and lymph flow normalize. The elimination of toxins from the body becomes more intense, and the skin starts to regenerate faster. The main objective of the procedure is deep cleansing of the pores of the face. Due to the presence of honey, the fingertips come off the surface of the body and create a vacuum. Massage with honey for the face helps to draw out sebaceous plugs from the pores.

After the end of the massage session, you can see a whitish coating on the fingertips. These are accumulations of exfoliated epithelium and slags emerging from the skin. Since such a massage well cleanses the skin of dead skin cells of the surface layer, there is no need for deep cleansing with the use of scrubs. After such a procedure the face will become fresh and ruddy, skin - smooth and elastic.

It is very useful for owners of mature skin to do honey and vacuum massage alternately: this will improve the oval of the face and prevent the appearance of a second chin. In addition to local action, the procedure has systemic effects on the body. There are reflex zones on the face that are responsible for various organs and systems. Thus, you can influence the appearance and improve the general condition of the body:

Indications for the procedure

Honey is a real storehouse of health and youth. Massage with honey is very useful for various problems:

All these appearance flaws can be easily eliminated with the help of honey massage. As a result, the face will become young and fresh.

General principles and algorithm

Many women have a question, how often can you do a honey facial massage. The procedure is performed every other day or 2 times a week. The duration of the course is from 10 to 15 procedures. Session duration 10-15 minutes. It is best to conduct a honey massage in the morning, immediately after waking up. The general algorithm for honey massage is as follows:

To achieve a clear effect, one procedure will not be enough. Noticeable skin improvements occur only after a full course of massage. If there is any doubt as to whether the procedure has been done well enough, you can visit a beauty salon where experts come to the rescue.

Which honey is better to choose

Mass for massage must be prepared in advance. Experts recommend using natural buckwheat or thyme honey for this purpose. For thin and sensitive skin, it is better to choose light varieties of honey with a delicate aroma. Linden, acacia or flower varieties are well suited. Oily skin will be cleansed and healed by dark honey with a slight bitterness - heather or buckwheat.

The product must not be candied or contain artificial additives. In extreme cases, candied honey can be melted by placing in a water bath at a temperature of 38 - 40 degrees.

In order to preserve all the healing qualities of honey and ensure the maximum effectiveness of the procedure, it is advisable to choose honey in closed cells. Immediately before the procedure, they are carefully opened with a sharp knife. A few drops of essential oil are added to the liquid product. Tea tree, ylang-ylang, ginger, rosemary, lavender oils are well suited for skin care. To improve the effect you can add 3 drops several types of oils.

Sequence of movements

Cosmetic facial massage should be performed very carefully. Rough and inept impact on the skin can, instead of improving, give the opposite effect. Massage technique and faces with honey should be as follows:

When a grayish coating appears on the surface of the skin, the procedure can be considered complete. The face is rinsed with warm water and a nourishing cream or hydrogel is applied.

List of contraindications

Despite the effectiveness of honey massage and the undoubted health benefits, there are situations when it is better to refuse this procedure. Contraindications to this type of treatment may be:

Massage sessions should be carried out in compliance with all the rules. The quality of the product and the skills of massage and self-massage are important. If it is impossible to conduct sessions at home, you can contact specialized cosmetic clinics or salons.

Honey massage is familiar to those who are fighting cellulite and excess weight. The procedure is considered unpleasant and painful. But facial massage with honey leaves only pleasant emotions. This affordable and natural method strengthens the skin and rejuvenates the face.

Honey facial massage - a natural beauty secret

Honey facial massage is based on the interaction of the skin and biologically active substances of honey, which is enhanced by massaging tissues and muscles. Several methods are used as massage techniques at once:

  • reflexology,
  • lymphatic drainage,
  • classic strokes,
  • massaging.

In many cultures, honey is used for beauty rituals, including for. In the literature, you may come across the name of massage with honey as an ancient Tibetan or Chinese procedure. Often this massage is called Russian, Ukrainian or Swedish.

If pain is acceptable during honey massage of the hips and buttocks, then with facial massage, any discomfort indicates an incorrect procedure.

Fresh honey of a liquid consistency is best for the procedure.

Rejuvenating effect of honey massage

Honey massage, like any other, starts the mechanism of self-renewal. As a result, all processes are activated with renewed vigor:

  • the skin begins to produce more collagen and elastin;
  • blood flow becomes more active, which allows you to provide cells with oxygen and nutrition;
  • the detox process in the skin tissues is activated;
  • lymphatic drainage effect eliminates swelling, pollution;
  • a sharp improvement in blood circulation in the deep layers of the skin and underlying muscles strengthens the tissues of the epidermis;
  • after a honey massage, the skin becomes silky and elastic, the subcutaneous skeleton becomes denser.

Honey is an antibacterial and antifungal agent. Therefore, massage is useful for sensitive and/or acne prone skin. In addition, honey

  • contains vitamins, minerals and enzymes useful for skin nutrition;
  • well absorbs toxins, which facilitates their removal from the skin;
  • effectively moisturizes the skin, attracts and retains water;
  • brightens the skin and fluff on the face.

Honey has a low pH, so many bacteria cannot survive in it.

I massaged with honey for about two months, until it began to thicken. I did not use sugar honey, and it is not recommended to warm the product for massage. In general, I will wait for the new honey season. I do not trust jars from the store. I think that some preservatives and other substances that preserve the appearance of the product still get there.

I liked the results of honey facial massage. I will not say that this method eliminates wrinkles and folds. But it is great for toning the skin. Do you remember what kind of face you have after skiing, jogging or after a Russian bath? Approximately the same effect will be from a massage with honey. The face is fresh, bright, the eyes are clear. Natural blush lasts for several hours. In general, you will receive a strong charge of vivacity. Puffy lips will be a nice bonus. The skin of the lips really likes honey. It moisturizes, fills and straightens. For the dull winter period, I consider honey massage to be the ideal solution.

Contraindications

  • those who are allergic to honey and bee products;
  • pregnant women;
  • women with poor skin turgor (on average, after 65 years, skin resistance is significantly reduced, and active manipulations of honey massage can stretch the skin);
  • people with rosacea and / or weak veins on their faces;
  • those who have recently had Botox injections (should wait 2 weeks).

Varieties of facial massage with honey

The massaging technique remains unchanged - the same patting movements. There are differences in massage masses. Are used:

  1. Pure natural honey. It is most often used in home procedures.
  2. Honey blended with beneficial moisturizing ingredients. In salons, vegetable or cosmetic oils are sometimes added: olive, rosehip or grape seed oil. If you need to make the texture of honey more pliable, you can dilute it with rose water or mineral water (a few drops are enough). Homemade mixtures with milk or oil capsules with vitamins are popular.
  3. Honey with essential oils. Such a composition allows you to enjoy not only honey lifting, but also accelerate rejuvenating processes with the help of aromatherapy.

    If you don't know which oil is right for you, choose a composition according to your skin type. But before using, be sure to make sure that there is no allergic reaction to the essential oil.

Oil can be added to honey or on hands

Table: essential oils for honey facial massage

There is a category of so-called photosensitive oils. They make the skin particularly receptive to the sun's rays. Avoid UV exposure to the skin for at least 12 hours after applying these essential oils, or use products with SPF. Photosensitive essential oils include:

  • grapefruit,
  • lime,
  • lemon,
  • orange,
  • ginger,
  • chamomile,
  • cinnamon.

For the preparation of any massage mixture, the general rule of combination applies. Honey should always be the basis and occupy at least 70% of the total volume (1 tsp of honey is diluted with a few drops of an additional ingredient).

Preparatory stage

Honey massage is done on clean, damp skin. It is recommended to wash your face, make a light peeling, prepare a honey mass for massaging. But the preparatory stage has its own characteristics for each skin type.

Prices

In foreign spas, a honey facial treatment will be offered to you under the name "Russian honey" or "Scandinavian honey". Some women go to Finland, Estonia, Russia and Sweden for a real honey massage. Thai and Chinese salons also have honey massage. The average price of a procedure abroad is from 40 to 120 dollars.

In Russia, Moscow salons offer facial massage with honey at a price of 2,000 rubles. In the regions, the service is cheaper, on average 1,000 rubles per session.

Self-massage at home

For the honey self-massage procedure, you only need one ingredient - 1 tsp. natural honey. It is important to choose an organic product that has not undergone heat treatment.

Honey self-massage for the face at home:

  1. Wash your face and neck with warm water and cleanser.

    Remove makeup from your face, then wash your face

  2. Do not wipe the skin, leave moisture on the surface of the skin.

    If the face is dry, you can moisturize it with a thermal water spray.

  3. Apply honey to damp skin. Spread over the entire face in a thin layer.

    You can leave the honey on your face for a few minutes as a simple moisturizing mask.

  4. Press your fingers on the skin and quickly take them away from the face. The action resembles the movements that are made during sugaring, when the sugar paste is sharply torn off the skin.

    Do not rush to immediately see how the skin of the face reaches for the fingers, for several minutes the honey will remain pliable and liquid

  5. With patting movements, work out the main muscles of the face and neck.
  6. After the massage, wash your face and neck first with warm and then cool water.
  7. Finish off with a homemade tonic. Dilute apple cider vinegar and water in equal proportions, soak a cotton swab in this mixture and treat your face. Your skin will be matte and soft.

    Homemade tonic requires only 2 ingredients: vinegar and water

What happens to honey and skin in the process

As you massage, you will notice that the honey will begin to change its consistency, becoming more sticky and viscous. Each time it will be more difficult for you to unstick your fingers from the skin, but the movements should remain rhythmic.

Honey on the face at the beginning of the procedure and at the end of the massage noticeably changes its consistency

The skin of the face during such exposure will feel "pinching". She will turn red. This is a good sign: blood circulation is activated, the main muscles and tissues are stimulated.

You will see the process of detoxification with your own eyes. By the end of the procedure, honey will acquire a grayish coating. These are dead cells and impurities are removed from the skin.

Do a honey facial massage in front of a mirror to control how the skin behaves. If you have thin or aging skin, do not stretch too much. Be gentle around the eyes.

Dull and tired skin will “wake up”, gain brightness, elasticity, healthy color.

Main restrictions

Honey massage can impress with its results. But do not get carried away with this procedure. There are a few strict restrictions that must be observed:

  • Can't be done daily. The epidermis experiences too much stress with this rhythm, the skin tissues are injured. Self-rejuvenation does not occur, the skin does not have time to complete the initiated processes.
  • Honey massage is considered a 2-in-1 procedure. This is a massage and skin peeling. Honey clings to the top layer of dead, dry and keratinized cells and frees the skin from them. Together with the top layer, young cells are also removed in a small amount. It helps the skin to look young and fresh. But such exfoliation is not recommended to be done more than once a week.
  • The procedure leaves behind a young and defenseless layer of the epidermis. After it, you can not go out without protective equipment. Be sure to apply sunscreen, cosmetic oil or day cream with an SPF filter on your face.

Be also attentive to the rest of the cosmetics that you use. For example, serums and creams with acids or retinol can cause irritation if you apply them immediately after a honey peel.

At home on my own

Honey facial massage at home is quite realistic. First, the skin of the face is cleansed of dirt and makeup. The massage begins without honey, the skin is simply stroked with fingers. Movement should be directed from the center to the edges. After warming up the skin, achieved through stroking, you can begin to massage with honey. Honey should be applied to the hands, and then evenly distributed over the surface of the skin. The area around the eyes is very delicate, so it is better not to massage this part of the face at home. Better apply.

Movements are performed in a circle with fingertips without undue pressure. To know how honey facial massage is done, the video will help with this. The procedure should not last more than 15 minutes, including 4-7 minutes of the honey massage itself. After completion, the skin should be wiped with a damp towel, and then apply a moisturizer.

Contraindications

Facial massage with honey is a therapeutic procedure, so there are some contraindications. If there are infections or inflammations on the skin, it should not be done. You can not do massage and with problems with the integrity of the skin. With a number of diseases, this massage is also contraindicated: connective tissue diseases, malignant tumors, problems with blood clotting. The main contraindication is an allergic reaction of the body to honey itself. Before the massage procedure, you need to make a test: apply a little honey on the skin of the face. If redness appears at the point of contact, the massage is not performed.

Beautiful tightened facial skin is provided not only by expensive cosmetics and procedures in beauty salons, but also by effective massages at home using natural ingredients, such as honey. Let us consider in more detail what problems honey massage solves and how to perform it correctly with step-by-step instructions.

Benefits of honey for skin

Natural honey as a cosmetic product for facial skin care has the following effects:

  • Effectively cleanses the skin of impurities and sebaceous deposits, penetrating deep into the pores and leaving them clean.
  • Improves blood circulation in tissues, allows the skin to "breathe".
  • Moisturizes dry skin and prevents it from chapping.
  • It has antioxidant properties - fights damage on the surface of the skin.
  • Providing anti-inflammatory action, getting rid of redness, irritation, rashes and age spots on the face.
  • Protects from exposure to sunlight.
  • Absorbs all toxins and removes them from the epidermis.
  • Produces a regenerating effect, prolonging youth.
  • Accelerates metabolism.
  • Leaves skin firmer, softer & lifted.

Honey has excellent moisturizing properties, as it contains water (about 20%) and fruit sugars (polysaccharides) that prevent water from evaporating.

The use of honey for facial massage relieves many skin problems and contributes to:

  • Acquisition of healthy skin, blush, increased tone.
  • Effective skin rejuvenation, prevention of premature aging.
  • Preventing the appearance of wrinkles, smoothing existing skin imperfections.
  • Removal of harmful substances from tissues.
  • Exfoliation and removal of dead cells.
  • Deep nourishment and cleansing of the skin.
  • Normalization of the functioning of other organs, since it is on the face that most of the receptors responsible for their work are located.

Step by step technique

  1. We buy natural honey, preferably in combs, in order to use all the beneficial properties of beeswax. Light-colored honey is suitable for sensitive skin, and thick and dark shades are suitable for oily skin.
  2. We clean the skin of the face with warm water, scrub or cream using a sponge. We soak with a terry towel.
  3. Apply an alcohol-free tonic to dry skin with a cotton swab.
  4. Evenly distribute 2 tbsp. l. natural honey on the surface of the face with slow massaging movements. It is always necessary to start from the middle, continuing to move to the edges of the face, “smoothing” the skin.
  5. Leave the mask for 10 minutes for deep penetration of honey into the pores.
  6. Slowly massage the skin in circular motions, focusing on problem areas.
  7. Periodically tap with your fingertips over the entire surface of the face. After 5 minutes, you can move on to more intense movements by sticking your finger to the skin and carefully tearing it off.
  8. We continue the massage, gently pressing on the skin and releasing it.
  9. If honey is partially contaminated and turns into a gray mass, roll the substance into a lump and remove it from the face.
  10. After 15 minutes, wash with warm water, completely cleansing the skin of honey.
  11. Wash again with cool water to close the cleansed pores.
  12. Creams should be applied only 2 hours after the procedure to give the skin the opportunity to "rest".
  13. How often to do? Repeat the procedure once every three days for two weeks in the morning or evening.

Video: How to do honey massage at home

Depending on the goal pursued by the ladies who perform such a massage at home, there are several effective tips that you can use to get the best result.

How to deal with blackheads

Before starting the procedure, it is necessary to steam the skin to open all the pores. For a steam bath, use hot water with 1 tsp. lemon juice or tea tree. We bend over the steam bath, cover our head with a towel and steam the skin for 15 minutes. After finishing, you do not need to wipe the skin - we immediately proceed to the honey massage.

For rejuvenation after 40 years

In this case, you should immediately move on to more intense movements during the massage, giving them as much time as possible, because massage at this age should not last more than 10 minutes. You can also expand the massage area to the neck, chest and collarbone. Pressing not only the fingertips, but also the whole palm to the surface of the skin, as if “gluing” the hand, you need to carefully detach it not abruptly, but not smoothly either. The movements should resemble light patting and the moment of “gluing” should not last more than 1 second.

Massage for wrinkles after 50 years

This is an even more delicate process that requires a special technique - you should not apply honey to the entire surface of the face, but only dip your fingers, moistening them in honey, and work out only problem areas with a large accumulation of wrinkles with pats.

To maintain the effect, conduct a honey facial massage every one and a half to two weeks.

Against oily skin

Mix honey with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, apply a mask on the face and start the massage according to the described scheme.

For moisturizing

For 1 tsp. honey, use 5 drops of essential oil of rose, sandalwood, clary sage, patchouli, carrot seeds or bergamot. We mix the components, apply on the face and carry out the procedure. You can mix the listed oils, but at the same time adhere to the established proportions.

Is it worth doing for acne and blackheads

With acne, massage is undesirable, since massaging movements can lead to even more irritation. But a honey mask relieves inflammation and redness without additional action, so when conducting a honey massage, you should bypass areas with acne and blackheads, leaving honey on problem skin untouched.

Contraindications

You should refuse to conduct a honey massage procedure or temporarily postpone it if:

  • Individual intolerance and allergy to honey.
  • Bronchial asthma.
  • Violation of the functioning of the thyroid gland.
  • Couperose - fragility of blood vessels.
  • Acne, pimples, purulent formations, skin dermatitis.
  • Tissue damage - scratches, wounds, burns.
  • Poor blood clotting.

Due to its composition, honey is a unique product that is widely used not only in cooking, but also in cosmetology. Honey facial massage will accelerate the effect of using the product for cosmetic purposes to improve skin condition. The benefits and harms of such a procedure, as well as the features of application at home, will be discussed in more detail in this article.

Useful properties of honey

Honey contains many vitamins and minerals. This product can not only be eaten, but also used as a cosmetic product. Honey has a beneficial effect on the skin, as it has the following properties:

  • preserves and retains moisture, which in turn helps to moisturize the skin;
  • the product quickly fills the pores and nourishes the skin;
  • normalizes the work of the sebaceous glands and removes oily sheen on the skin;
  • has an anti-aging and rejuvenating effect;
  • promotes exfoliation of dead skin particles;
  • accelerates the process of cell renewal;
  • helps to eliminate skin problems around the eyes: smooth wrinkles, lighten bruises and remove bags;
  • relieves inflammation and promotes wound healing;
  • provides deep cleansing of pores from impurities;
  • there are some points on the face, the stimulation of which can improve the functioning of certain organs in the body;
  • improves blood circulation;
  • honey is effective in fighting wrinkles and tightens the skin;
  • has a whitening effect.

Honey is an ingredient in many face creams and masks. These products can be purchased at the store or you can make your own. And you can also apply the product in its pure form to the skin. According to reviews, in combination with massage, the positive effects of honey will be more effective.

Purpose of the procedure

Honey facial massage improves the overall condition of the skin. For young skin, a moisturizing effect will be useful. For women over 40, this procedure can be used to tighten the skin and smooth out wrinkles.

Indications

Honey massage can be used both for normal skin conditions and for solving certain problems. This procedure is primarily necessary in the following cases:

  • poor circulation and excessive pallor of the skin;
  • dry skin of the face and peeling;

  • defects in the form of small scars or scars;
  • sagging and flabby skin;
  • women over 50 to slow down the aging process of the skin;
  • wrinkles and bags under the eyes;
  • the presence of age spots;
  • redness on the skin and traces of acne;
  • acne.

Contraindications

Unfortunately, honey massage brings not only benefits. In certain cases, the procedure is contraindicated and can only harm. Do not apply this procedure to people who are allergic to this product. Otherwise, the appearance of the skin will only worsen: it will begin to turn red and become covered with a rash.

If honey has not previously been used as part of masks or as a massage agent, it is recommended to check for an allergic reaction before the procedure. A small amount of the product should be applied to the skin in the elbow or wrist area.

Honey is aged on the skin for 15 minutes, after which it must be washed off with warm water.

After that, it is necessary to assess the condition of the skin: if there is no redness, rash, burning or itching, then honey can be used to massage the face. In addition to an allergic reaction, honey is contraindicated in the following cases:

  • not healed wounds on the skin;
  • endocrine diseases;
  • herpes virus;
  • inflammatory processes occurring in an acute form;
  • increased blood sugar;
  • bronchial asthma.

How to choose the right product?

In order for the effect of facial massage to be as good as possible, it is necessary to choose the right honey for cosmetic purposes. Honey should not be old and have any impurities - only a fresh and completely natural product will do. When choosing, you should pay attention to the consistency of honey: too thick a mass is not suitable for massage.

If the product is candied, then it should also not be used, as coarse particles can damage the skin. The ideal option would be the mass obtained immediately from the cells. Such a product will be the most high-quality and effective.

On the shelves of stores you can find many varieties of honey. In cosmetology, the most popular is the buckwheat look. For facial massage, the main component can be mixed with additional substances, such as vitamins or essential liquids. As an additive, vitamins of groups A and E are usually used. From essential liquids, avocado or grape seed oil is the most suitable option.

Ways to do it

In order to make a honey facial massage, it is not necessary to contact the services of cosmetologists. This procedure can be carried out independently at home. It is not so difficult to do massage correctly. It is only important to follow all the basic recommendations. The main thing in such a procedure is the correct massage movements and a quality product.

Preparation

In order to start the facial massage procedure at home, you will need to prepare a honey mass. For a single use, you will need no more than two tablespoons of honey. The mass must be transferred to a convenient container. For the best effect, honey can be slightly heated in a water bath or essential oils can be added to it. Before proceeding with the application of honey to the skin and massage, the face must be cleaned of impurities. To do this, you need to apply any cleanser to the skin and rinse it with warm water.

The temperature of the water in this case is also of great importance. The cold liquid will narrow the pores, which in turn will prevent the honey from being easily absorbed into the deeper layers of the skin. It would be useful in this situation to steam out the face. This can be done using a special steamer or armed with a small container without a lid with hot water. For the strongest effect, essential oils or herbs can be added to the liquid.

To steam the skin, you need to lower your head closer to a bowl of hot water and put a towel on top. Hold your face over the container for at least ten minutes. There is another way to influence the pores - a hot compress. To do this, a clean towel is moistened in hot, but not scalding water and applied to the face for several minutes. After this procedure, the skin can be wiped with a tonic and proceed directly to the honey massage.

Basic technique

After the skin is cleansed and steamed, you can proceed to the main procedure. The process of massage at home includes the following stages:

  • the product is distributed in a thin layer over the skin of the face;
  • it is necessary to wait about eight minutes for the mass to penetrate deeper into the pores;

  • with fingertips, you need to touch the face and begin to carry out massaging movements and light pats; You need to do this only in such areas as:
    • from the central point on the forehead towards the temples;
    • from the columella of the nose to the lobes of the ears;
    • vertical movements along the back of the nose;
    • from the labial commissure and from the central point of the chin to the earlobes;
  • when the fingers begin to stick strongly to the skin, the honey will gradually peel off, forming pellets on the surface that must be removed;
  • the remains of the honey mass are removed from the face with a soft, clean sponge dipped in warm water.

In total, the massage lasts no more than fifteen minutes. To bring the enlarged pores back to normal after the massage, you can put a damp towel on the skin of the face. Pre-moisten the towel in water at room temperature. You can also apply a nourishing or anti-aging cream to the skin.

How often can you do it?

Honey massage is carried out in a long course, which includes fifteen sessions. In this case, between sessions there should be an interval equal to one day. In order for the results after the procedure to be most noticeable, it is necessary to massage in the morning. The most appropriate time is the first hour after waking up from sleep. The first results from the procedure will be noticeable after the first three sessions.

Honey facial massage helps to improve not only the condition of the skin, but also the functioning of internal organs in the body. The thing is that there are certain areas on the face through which you can influence certain parts of the body. For example, if it is necessary to have a therapeutic effect on the lungs, then during the procedure, special attention should be paid to the cheek area. If there are diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, then a more active effect during massage should be exerted on the forehead. In the presence of gynecological diseases, you need to massage the chin well. You can improve the work of the heart and circulatory system with the help of honey massage of the tip of the nose.

As noted earlier, it is recommended to use only high-quality and fresh honey for the massage procedure. However, thick stale honey with sugar particles is also suitable for use. Use such a product only as a last resort, when there are no other options.

The mass must first be heated and softened in a water bath. The water temperature should be no more than +40 degrees.

Other components can be added to the honey mass, which will enhance exactly the effect that you want to get from the massage. To combat oily shine, it is better to use a mixture of buckwheat honey (two tablespoons) and lemon juice (one tablespoon). In order to prepare an anti-wrinkle honey mixture, lemon and rose essential oils must be added to the main component. In this case, it is best to use linden honey (three small spoons). Rose oil is taken in the amount of ten drops, and lemon - five.

In the presence of inflammatory processes on the skin caused by acne, honey massage should be done with caution. Massaging movements can only aggravate the condition of the skin. For this reason, problem areas do not need to be massaged. In this case, the procedure is best replaced with a honey mask.
