This exercise is aimed at eliminating bags under the eyes by improving blood circulation. To do this, close your eyelids tightly and, counting to 5, open your eyes wide and sharply. You need to repeat this movement at least 5 times.

We direct our gaze clockwise - up-right-down-left. Then we take the pupils to the opposite side. And we do this 3 times. Then lower your eyelids and relax for 1 minute. This allows you to slightly improve vision without surgery.
