Basic parameters of the models. The thinnest models: rating, height, weight, body parameters Model height

The modeling business is a complex field that sets its own strict limits that must be followed to achieve a good professional level. High competition, busy, tight schedules, difficult working atmosphere, demanding and ruthless customers - all this often leads models to a difficult psychological and physical state. Supermodels receive high salaries, but their lifestyle is far from a dream, as many young, inexperienced girls naively assume.

Today, based on the models’ figure parameters, height and weight, we have compiled for you the top 9 too thin models in the world.

Seventh place. Snezhana Dmitrievna Onopko

Snezhana Onopko is a Ukrainian supermodel who began her career in 2004 in Ukraine. Soon the girl moves to America and becomes a world-class model. It is noteworthy that the first attempt to become a model failed. Currently working with world famous modeling agencies such as Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton. Having a height of 175 cm, the girl weighs 45 kg. Figure parameters: chest - 84 cm, waist - 58 cm, hips - 86 cm.

Sixth place. Lesley Hornby ("Twiggy")

Leslie is known to the world as a model, actress and singer. At the age of 16, the girl took part in her first photo shoot. Big eyes, short hair and charm created the unforgettable image of model Twiggy. Girls imitated Leslie en masse, losing weight until exhaustion, cutting their hair short and even imitating the model’s makeup. This phenomenon was given a name - “Twiggy Syndrome”. The nickname was not chosen by chance - Twiggy in translation means “fragile”, “thin”. This definition very accurately described the slender figure of the Twiggy model. Having a height of 166 cm, the girl weighed 40 kg. Despite the fact that the girl unexpectedly ended her modeling career at the age of 20, Twiggy remained an icon of the fashion world for a long time. Leslie is the first in her profession to receive the status of “supermodel”. Figure parameters: chest - 81 cm, waist - 56 cm, hips - 81 cm.

Fifth place. Luisel and Eliana Ramos

The sisters, who worked in the modeling business, are famous not only for their professional abilities, but also for their early deaths from anorexia. The older sister, Louisel, died in 2006 at the age of 22 as a result of a heart attack. She was taken to the hospital straight from the show. Louisel, being 175 cm tall, weighed only 44 kg. Figure parameters: chest - 84 cm, waist - 62 cm, hips - 86 cm.

The following year, Eliana's younger sister dies at the age of 18. The cause of death was nervous exhaustion. Eliana died at her grandparents' home. With a height of 175 cm, the girl weighed 43 kg. Figure parameters: chest - 83 cm, waist - 61 cm, hips - 89 cm. The death of both models caused a wide resonance in society and was discussed for a long time in the media.

Fourth place. Ana Carolina Reston Macan

Reston is the thinnest model from Brazil who began her career at the age of thirteen. After winning a beauty contest in her hometown, Reston began working with major modeling agencies. The career was successful, but not long. At the age of twenty-one, the girl died of anorexia nervosa. Having a height of 173 cm, Anna Reston weighed only 40 kg. Exhaustion led to kidney failure, with which the girl was admitted to the hospital. For almost a month, doctors fought for the model’s life, but they failed to save her. The cause of Ana Reston’s death was the most severe diets that the girl had been on for a long time. Figure parameters: chest - 84 cm, waist - 59 cm, hips - 85 cm.

Third place. Ioana Spangenberg

Ioana, originally from Romania, is currently considered the thinnest model in the world. Figure parameters: chest - 81 cm, waist - 50 cm, hips - 81 cm. Having a height of 167 cm, the girl weighs only 38 kg. The unusual figure resembles an hourglass shape. Such parameters are typical for Barbie dolls; they can be increased to human size. The model claims that she eats well 3 times a day (we won’t be able to find out how true this is). It is noteworthy that in Ioana’s homeland, obesity is a sign of wealth, and thin girls do not attract much attention.

Second place. Isabelle Caro

Isabelle is the thinnest model from France who died from a severe form of anorexia nervosa. Unlike other representatives of the modeling business, who tortured themselves to death with diets, Isabelle’s illness is the result of family problems. The girl began to get sick at the age of thirteen. The father, who worked a lot, often went on business trips, leaving his daughter with her mother, who suffered from depression. The woman did not want her girl to grow up, believing that she would leave her as soon as she reached adulthood. Isabel, wanting to please her mother, began to severely restrict herself in nutrition, did not walk on the street, and lived in complete isolation from the outside world. In 2007, she participated in a photo shoot called “No to Anorexia.” In the photographs the girl appeared naked. In 2010, after being hospitalized for two weeks, Isabelle Caro died at the age of 28. At the time of death, the girl's weight was 28 kg.

First place. Ilanit Elmaliah

Hila is a famous Israeli thinnest model. His career ended at age 34 due to death from anorexia nervosa. The girl struggled with her illness, but it led nowhere. Hila died on her thirty-fourth birthday, having a height of 172 cm and a weight of 22 kg. Several deaths in a row of representatives of the modeling business (Anna Reston, the Ramos sisters, Gil Elmaliah) forced fashion designers to reconsider the standards of beauty, the high demands of which lead to the death of girls at such a young age.

Over time, the parameters of beauty have changed and become less rigid. Today, designers who use models that are too thin in their shows are harshly condemned. The clearest example is the overly slender girls demonstrating the work of designer Victoria Beckham. The attacks that the celebrity suffered after such shows forced her to reconsider her views on models.

Numerous campaigns are being held around the world aimed at protecting models and ordinary girls from such a terrible and practically incurable disease as anorexia. Frequent deaths from anorexia nervosa among models and even supermodels do not stop teenage girls from the obsessive desire to be thin and slender. As we have seen in examples, such experience does not lead to anything good. And excessive thinness negatively affects not only health, but also mood and quality of life.

Even 10 years ago, to the question “What data do you need to have to become a model?” there was a specific answer: “Tall height (preferably from 175 cm), long legs, corresponds to the parameters.” Today everything has changed - in a world where you can be called a model, influencer and activist at the same time, strict boundaries are no longer relevant.

Thanks to social networks, the model has become more than just a face on the cover of a fashion magazine or a “coat hanger.” Now he is a self-sufficient person with his own history and opinion. External data, considered synonymous with beauty, sometimes has no meaning for this profession. Take top model and activist Adwoa Aboah, who won the 2017 Model of the Year award from the British Fashion Council. Its highlight is its unusual appearance, coupled with a difficult story about the struggle with addiction and depression.

To understand what requirements the modeling industry places on candidates today, how to start a career and what to expect from modeling, Vogue met with one of the heads of the popular British modeling agency Models 1 Hannah Jowit and top model Alexina Graham.

Where to begin

“To get started, I recommend checking out Models.com, where you will find all the information regarding officially registered agencies around the world,” says Hannah Jowitt. - Choose the ones you like and think you might be a good fit for. It is best to present yourself at a personal meeting; if possible, I advise you to go to the city where the desired agency is located at least for a day. After the manager can evaluate you in person, he may offer you a contract. But even if this doesn’t happen, you shouldn’t give up right away. Visit two or three different agencies, listen to different opinions and study offers. If you are rejected by several agencies at once, just try yourself in some other business.

In addition, be vigilant, if the agency offers you to pay a certain amount to start cooperation, leave immediately. There are also many unscrupulous agencies that take money for creating a portfolio, but in the end they don’t even look for work for models.”

Required parameters

According to Jowit, the Internet and social media have had a big influence on the list of requirements for models. “Of course, there are certain model parameters, but having a slim body, long legs and good looks is not enough to become a model,” says Hannah. - Today, a successful career requires much more: hard work, a pleasant character, cheerfulness, sociability and readiness to go to work at any time. A model can't afford a day off if she's booked for a shoot.

Girls with height below standard parameters should not be upset. They can also build a successful career in modeling and earn a lot. If previously such models were suitable only for beauty shoots, then with the popularity of online shopping they have more opportunities for work. Moreover, today the trend towards non-standard models is relevant. Not to say that magazines and shows are full of such models, but many designers invite both plus size models and adult women. The growing influencer market is also giving atypical models the green light - if you have a large following and are highly active on social media, this will be one of the deciding factors for the client.”

How much do models get paid?

Of course, we all remember Linda Evangelista’s famous phrase: “I won’t even get out of bed for less than 10 thousand dollars” and the impressive fees of her colleagues in the 1990s, but, as Alexina Graham says, this has little to do with modern reality . “I started my modeling career when I was 18, and for the first five years I made very little money,” she says. - Only in the sixth year did my fees become more significant, and by that time I was ready to give up everything. The secret of success is hard work. You need to work hard, believe in yourself and not give up halfway. And I was also very lucky with the booker, which is also important.”

Jowitt believes that understanding how the industry works is the first step to success. Study fashion photography, follow good photographers and other models. Watch how they move in the frame, pose, and walk along the catwalk. She also advises to always stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. “The modeling profession is hard work that requires a lot of dedication. Those who are at the top today are improved versions of themselves, just like athletes or dancers. And all the effort is worth it - you will meet talented people, travel, and earn good money. Every day will be different from the previous one. Yes, there are difficult periods, but when everything is good, modeling is a dream job.”

Back in the 50s, it was at the peak of popularityideal female figurewith proportions 90-60-90. Marilyn Monroe easily fit into them, demonstrating the roundness of her shape. In the 60s and 70s, fashion suddenly switched to skinny women with flat stomachs. Then, until the early 2000s, triumph camemodel appearance, with Cindy Crawford's long legs and graceful bodyKate Moss. For two decades now I centuries pass under the auspices of girls with athletic figures. Slender hips, gorgeous abs and sculpted arms. Suchbeauty standardsto date. However, not everything depends on training and dieting. In different countriesideal female proportionsare different. In addition, there are generally accepted body types and body types for girls.

Girl's body types

You cannot measure all women to the same standard. In addition to their internal individuality, representatives of the fair sex are distinguished by their physique features. Something can be corrected with the help of sports, nutrition or plastic surgery. But there are three constant body types from which general proportionality is based.

Ectomorph. A girl with this body type is fragile and sophisticated. The fat layer is minimized. Arms and legs are thin. The waist is aspen. Height is high. It is difficult for her to gain muscle mass, since weight gain is not observed due to accelerated metabolic processes. An ectomorph girl shows others her thin wrists and fingers. Often the hip bones and collarbones protrude into relief. She cannot boast of large breasts and firm buttocks. A skinny woman is good with sports and can be particularly resilient, but not when it comes to strength training. A typical representative of ectomorphs is Keira Knightley.

Mesomorph. Body sizes for this type have an ideal ratio. Well-developed leg muscles, rounded hips and broad shoulders are harmonized by the waist. She is not wasp, but without excess fat. A girl with such proportions looks athletic. With moderate physical activity, the body becomes feminine and sculpted. Freely builds muscle mass, but can just as easily gain a couple of extra pounds. For a mesomorph, it is important not only to exercise regularly, but also to eat right. A striking example of such a physique is Halle Berry.

Endomorph. This type includes all girls who have crossed the mesomorph line in weight and volume. Their metabolism is slow. Fat is actively concentrated in the hips, buttocks, waist and arms. A distinctive feature is an expressive bust. Growth is predominantly low. Endomorphs easily gain muscle mass, which is hidden under fat reserves, if you do not include aerobic exercise and dietary restrictions. This category includes not only girls who are clearly overweight. But also those who have an idealized proportion of 90-60-90, with a tummy, extra pounds in the hips. A typical example among famous personalities is Marilyn Monroe. The actress was not overweight, but she did not hide her curvy figure.

It is impossible to distribute all women in the world between the three above-mentioned types. One hundred percent agreement on all characteristics is rare. Therefore, there is such a thing as a mixed body type. The girl combines the principles of two prevailing types.

Types of female figures: which one is ideal?

Each girl has different body features. Some of them are congenital, genetically determined, and the rest depend on lifestyle. The female body type is formed from pronounced characteristics. Based on them, the trainer draws up a training program, and the stylist selects clothes.

Hourglass. This figure type is graceful. It shows balance. When a thin waist neutralizes moderately voluminous hips and bust. The buttocks are round and the legs are slender. Fat, if any, is distributed evenly over all parts of the body. An hourglass is the ideal parameters for a girl. Most representatives of the fair sex strive to approach them.

V-shape (triangle). Body type with broad shoulders, large breasts, fairly narrow hips and slender legs. When engaging in physical activity, a girl with such characteristics needs to increase the volume of her buttocks. The fat layer likes to accumulate in the upper abdomen, while the waist is visible, which means that this deficiency can be corrected with nutrition.

Rectangle. A boyish figure without relief curves. The proportions: chest, waist, hips are almost the same. A rectangular girl gains weight with great difficulty, since her metabolism is accelerated.

Pear (spoon). With this type of female figure, the emphasis falls on the lower part of the body. The buttocks are massive, the hips are wide, but the shoulders, chest and stomach look disproportionately small. The pear girl is predominantly short in stature and has short legs. Fat is concentrated below the waist.

Apple. The most dangerous area for this type of figure is the waist and stomach. They create a visual association of a girl with an apple. Flat buttocks and narrow hips add fuel to the fire. Slender legs and an expressive bust improve the situation. Intense training and serious dietary changes will help restore balance in your figure.

Deficiencies in one or another type of figure are covered by correction with the help of physical exercises. For example, girls with a V-shape need intense training for large muscle groups - the legs. For the “pear”, it is important to focus on the upper part of the body. For the “rectangle,” nutrition comes first. The “apple” body will need an intensive training regime. Girls with this type of figure should lean heavily on cardio. The “hourglass” figure is in the best position. Ideal proportions allow them to simply keep themselves in shape and enjoy the process.

Ideal parameters and standards

The world has long been struggling to develop a formula for the ideal proportions of the female body. This includes not only a visual picture of body types and body types. There is no escape from the basic parameters: weight, height, volume and leg length.

1. Ideal weight. A difficult topic for many girls. Some people want to get rid of extra pounds. Someone is trying to get the missing ones. The question arises: is there an ideal standard for female body weight and how to determine your comfortable weight? There is definitely no single standard. However, there are boundaries that should not be crossed in order to stay in shape. Each girl’s indicators are individual. To determine your ideal body weight, the following methods and tools come to your aid.

Case mass index according to Quetelet's formula. In order to calculate your personal body mass index, you need to know your current weight and height. The obtained result is compared with the table indicators. The girl’s health status is determined and a recommendation is made on what to do - increase or decrease body weight. Or perhaps not change anything, since the weight is ideal.

With clear characteristics: below normal weight, optimal, overweight, obesity, severe obesity.

Table depending on the girl's age and body type. In this case, the age category from 15 to 40 years is considered. Body build types: thin-boned, normal-boned and broad-boned.

2. Ideal height and leg length. If a person can adjust his weight throughout his life, then he will have to come to terms with growth. There are general standards:

Girls with short stature- do not go beyond boundaries 150 cm;
- below average – from 151 to 156 cm;
- with average – from 157 to 167 cm;
- tall ladies – from 168 to 175 cm;
- very tall – above 176 cm.

The ideal leg length depends on body height. Girls whose legs are less than half their height are considered short-legged. If it is greater or approximately equal, then the figure is balanced. Compliance with proportions affects the visual perception of a girl. In addition, this parameter is taken into account in the models. There is nothing to do on the catwalk without long legs. To complete the characteristics of the lower extremities, scientists derived a formula for ideal legs based on three gaps: in the ankle area, under the knees and between the thighs at the top. They can be seen simply by bringing your legs together. There shouldn’t be any other “holes”, only then the girl’s legs are perfect.

3. Ideal bust, waist and hip volume. Body parts must be proportional. The most expressive female forms have always been: bust, waist and hips. We are not talking about the exact 90-60-90 standard. Everything is much more delicate. A truly thin waist should be a maximum of 70% of the hips. Each girl has an individual result. Because everyone's body type is different.

The ideal proportions of a girl’s body are not those that men came up with in the fit of their wild fantasies. This is the daily work and self-love of the lady herself. Beautiful female figures are born from jewelry work: sports, nutrition, inner harmony and the right clothes. This is the key to success.

Ideal figure in different countries

The ideal parameters of a girl are different in every corner of the planet. There is no clear standard of what a woman should be. Whether in Spain, Japan or California, each has its own idea of the proportions of beauty.

Europe. Most European girls have a slim figure. Spanish sportswomen. Italian women are graceful and have a thin waist, despite their delicious food. Slavic girls at the world “council” were recognized as thin. Ladies from the Netherlands can boast of long legs.

Photo. Italian with a thin waist Monica Bellucci

Asia. Fragile and short in stature, this is how others see Chinese women. In Israel, they do not attach special importance to the figure of girls; attention is directed to facial features. In Vietnam, women are sophisticated, with thin necks.

America. Despite the massive problem of obesity, most girls in the United States dream of ideal hourglass proportions. Those who managed to achieve a thin waist are Mexicans. In Peru, women became famous for their wide hips and full bust.

Africa. On the continent, representatives of the African race have very slender bodies. They are the envy of Europeans who are on diets and American women whose standards are far from ideal. In Africa, women know a sense of proportion and balance. They eat little and are constantly on the move.

How beauty standards have changed over the years

Over the past century, significant changes have occurred in the world of ideal standards for female figures. Every ten years the proportions changed. The hips were wide and narrow. The waist was retracted, the stomach added a couple of extra pounds. The bust changed its size every now and then depending on fashion. And only long legs have always been valued by true admirers of female beauty.

At the origins of the last century there were girls in corsets. Their thinnest waist is still considered an unattainable luxury. However, literally ten years later everything changed dramatically. A boyish figure, without a full bust and graceful waist, is becoming trendy. Men could not tolerate such beauty standards for a long time and protested. In the 30s, femininity with rounded shapes returned again. After another ten years, a woman takes on the responsibility of home, family, and work, which means she trades slimness for broad shoulders on which she carries all this burden.

In the 50s, the world was rocked by the sexy forms of famous actresses. They were followed sharply by a decline and a transition to blatant thinness. During that period, diets became fashionable. Since the early 70s, a woman's tummy was supposed to have a normal percentage of fat, or better yet, no fat at all. Another 10 years later, fashion models introduced thin standards with long legs. The 90s became famous for being painfully thin. But that time has passed. Protruding ribs are replaced by slender legs, six-pack abs, or simply flat tummies and firm buttocks.

conclusions. The concept of a girl's ideal figure varies depending on the continent, time and outlook on life. There are a lot of existing proportions and ratios. It is impossible to put the female form into a general formula. Each girl is individual, which means that her parameters are only subtly adjusted to the general standards of female beauty.

The issue of height is of great concern to girls who are planning to become models. I know a lot of beautiful girls who, because of their own speculations, have closed their doors to the modeling business, believing that they have the “wrong” height and “they definitely won’t take them.”

How tall should a girl be to be considered a model?
I’ll say right away: it’s incorrect to pose the question this way! The fact is that the modeling business is divided into various sectors and niches, each of which has its own requirements (and sometimes exceptions).
Globally, all models are divided into 3 groups:
- catwalk models
- photo of the model
- universal models

For catwalk models, size requirements usually lie within the range of 175-180 cm plus or minus 1-2 cm (in work, this difference is easily compensated by the height of the heel and/or the volume of the hairstyle)
A model with a height of 172 cm is unlikely to pass, because... will look ridiculous compared to his taller colleagues. And fashion designers are unlikely to agree to redesign some of the clothes for a specific, short girl. At the same time, as I already said, there are exceptions to the rules: the history of catwalks knows many models with a height of even 168 cm!

The group of PHOTO models is less categorical. Here the spread of height requirements lies within the range of 160-176 cm, plus or minus a couple of cm.
“Wow the spread!” - you say. But the fact is that there are a huge number of niches in fashion photography. Hence the spread.
For example, for nude photography height is not very critical at all, for catalog photos the most popular size is ~ 170-173 cm, and in fashion photography ~ 173-176/
Here again, there may be exceptions: both in the catalog and in fashion, they can easily take a girl of both 168 and 178 cm. The question is solely in your external data: in their uniqueness and relevance for a particular project.

Universal models are girls whose height is between 173-176 cm. Such models can work both in photo projects and on the catwalk. It is these models that will be of the greatest value to modeling agencies, precisely because they can be offered to meet the requirements of any Customer’s project.

There are many other niches/sectors of the modeling business, such as: lingerie models, stand models, promo models, desk models, fitness models, Instagram models, etc. However, in general, they fit into the above 3 groups and therefore, I will not consider them separately, so as not to inflate the article to the size of a story.

In general, you can answer the question at the beginning of the article about the ideal height of a fashion model as follows: the range of heights for working as a model is very large: from 160 to 180 cm.
Therefore, if you are planning to work in the modeling business, then first of all you need to decide on a niche for work and after that - whether your height is suitable for it or not. In fact, growth in the modeling business is not that important. What is more important is your external data, perseverance and ability to work.
Try, experiment and you will definitely find a modeling job just for you!

A few examples of famous models with non-standard heights for models:
(pictured from left to right)
Kate Moss: height 168 cm: photo shoots, shows
Laetitia Casta: height 167: photography, shows
Devon Aoki: height 166: photo shoots, shows
Karlie Kloss: height 188: photo shoots, shows
Candice Swanepoel: height 185: photography, shows

And finally, advice for aspiring models who are short or, conversely, too tall.

Going to modeling agencies, as they say, “head-on”, at best, will result in a refusal, at worst, a standard scam with the offer of “paid training first.”
A better start would be to create at least a small portfolio from good, experienced photographers. Often, such shootings can be done not only for a fee, but also on TFP terms.

Where can I find a photographer with experience working with “non-standard” girls? It is not difficult.

Go to the website FashionBank.ru, select the “Models” tab, then “Search for a model by parameters” and, finally, “Advanced search”
In the “Height” box, add the appropriate values. For example, for height 165, you can set the range 160-168 cm. It also makes sense to fill in the “Gender” and “City” boxes.
After this, you will see a list of models with the specified size. Go to their page and look at the section below: “Model recommends.”
In this section you will probably find photographers with whom the model has successfully collaborated and, therefore, who have experience working with “non-standard” girls. Choose them and write letters (or messages) through the website or on social networks.
Almost all photographers will be ready for a paid photo shoot, but on TFP terms you will have to search. Do not despair.
The effort is worth it - a model with non-standard height, but with a GOOD portfolio, has much higher chances at castings or agencies.

P.S. In the process of searching for a photographer, you can contact me.
I not only do photo shoots, but also often work on TFP terms.
, maybe we can find a common language-)
By the way... you can not only do it with me, but also pass it.
As in the first case, these can be not only paid, but also free classes.

Hips are the most important parameter. And, as a rule, novice models do not know how to measure it correctly; it is not clear where to measure the hips. This way you can get both 90 cm and 94 cm.

To determine it correctly, you need to wrap the tape around the upper thighs and pass through all the thighs. The correct volume is the largest volume shown by the ruler.

What exactly the height and parameters should be depends on what country the model wants to work in and what kind of modeling work to do.

Model parameters for working abroad.
The toughest selection is for girls who want to work abroad. They must be taller than 172 cm (less often from 170 cm), girth
ohm in the hips 86-88 cm. Ideally, a girl should be tall 176-180 cm. With this growth, she will be able to operate all over the world. To a girl with height 170-175 cm It is difficult to be competitive in Europe, but it is quite possible to operate successfully in Asia. The upper limit of model growth is about 184 cm, the girls above are experiencing problems in their careers. When an aspiring model comes to an agency at age 12-17 years old with a desire to work abroad, her hip size should not exceed 86 cm with growth 170-176 , And 88 cm with a height of about 180 cm otherwise it will be non-competitive. Further, when the girl is already working full-time abroad, the volume of her hips can be up to 90 cm, but exceeding this value is very undesirable.

In the modeling business, every centimeter is important. Contracts with international agencies specify what parameters a girl has today. The model must retain them for the duration of the contract. There are contract conditions when a girl can be fined if the parameters change by at least 1 cm. Wild? Welcome to the modeling business!

“What if I’m 168 cm tall? “I don’t have a chance?” a girl with a height of 168 cm will ask me.
I want to say right away that in the modeling business, despite the strict limits, there are always exceptions. Yes, there are girls who grow 168 cm are working. The key concept is always “competition”. The closer a model is to ideal standards, the more likely she is to win at castings. Is it possible to work as a model with a height of 168-170 cm? Can. But it will be especially difficult to compete.

Model parameters for work in Russia.
In our country, the modeling business is not at that level yet. There are no such rigid frameworks as in the West.

Runway model.

If a model wants to work on shows, she must have parameters close to 90-60-90 (plus or minus 2 cm, although the breasts may be smaller) and height from 173 cm. Ideal height for podium work 175-182 cm. By and large, the parameters apply only to podium work.

Fashion model.

Now for the good news! Photo models can have any parameters!

Fashion models can be thin and fat, young and old, different.

Look at advertisements on TV or billboards. What kind of people do you see there? That's right, different. Just like in life. Maybe they are a little brighter, more artistic, more charismatic than the main gray mass of people, but this does not apply to model parameters.

“Is it true that height doesn’t matter for a fashion model?”

Sometimes it really doesn't matter, but most of the time it does. When you see models in magazines, they usually have height from 170 cm.

Before shows, at castings or fittings, models' height and parameters are always measured; no one ever does this before photography. You just need the girl to have a beautiful figure, and whether you need a thin one or a “girl with a body” depends on the specific photography and tasks.

Promotional model.

If a girl wants to work as a booth attendant at exhibitions and presentations, then the exact numbers in the parameters are also not important for her, what is important is a visually beautiful figure. She looks tall and thin, that's enough. That is, the waist can reach approximately up to 65 cm, and the hips up to 95 cm.

How to grow to model height?
Unfortunately, there are no means yet that would help you grow by 10-15 cm, which is so lacking for modeling work, but growing by 3-4 cm is quite possible!
Experienced specialists at our modeling school have developed a complex that allows you to grow by 3-4 cm during your time at school.
Before the start of classes, we measure the height of beginners, and then we do it again after 2-3 months. Students experience changes in growth. By doing special exercises, the spine straightens and there is a noticeable increase in height. Everyone can verify this from their own experience.
