Indian - handicraft from gloves. DIY glove toys DIY glove toys

Glove Indian doll - craft for adult children 8-9 years old. Indeed, in order to make such a toy, you must confidently own a needle. And for kids, you can sew such funny little men from an old glove yourself. Of course, it doesn't have to be Indian. You can sew any toy doll or fairy-tale hero. After all, the most interesting thing is just to dress the doll, come up with an outfit, and along with the character and story - “fate”. And if your kid cannot help you sew a craft from a glove, then he will definitely help you dream up a fairy tale!

How to make a puppet out of a glove.

To make this glove craft you will need:

  • The glove is better than beige
  • Felt or cardboard for eyes and mouth
  • Sintepon
  • Braid
  • Fabric for clothes, we used felt
  • Scissors, thread, needle

1. We had a small children's single layer glove with a short wrist. Therefore, in order to lengthen it, we ripped the hem.

2. Turn the glove inside out. The little finger and thumb are the hands of the future doll, the index and ring fingers are the legs. We cut off the middle finger, cut off the tip of the little finger and cut the glove above, thereby comparing it with the thumb.

3. We sew all the cuts “over the edge”.

4. We turn the glove on the front side and stuff it with padding polyester. First the arms and legs of the doll, then the body. You can not stuff very tightly.

We stuff it with synthetic winterizer to the neck and tie the glove with a thread.

Then we fill the head (here you can fill it with a synthetic winterizer more tightly) and again tie it with a thread.

We bend the tail of the glove back and sew it to the head.

5. Making hair for the doll. We wind woolen threads (we have black threads, since we are making an Indian) on a book, a small bundle separately for bangs, and separately for the rest of the hair.

We sew a bunch of threads for bangs on the forehead of the doll. We cut a bunch of threads with long hair on one side.

Next, take small bunches of long hair and sew from top to bottom in the center.

We make a hairstyle - we trim the hair with scissors.

For an Indian, you can not do a bang, but sew on long hair at once.

6. For the doll's nose, take a cut off piece of glove (from the little finger) and use a needle and thread to form a round lump.

We sew a lump to the face of the doll.

7. We cut out the eyes and mouth from cardboard or felt and stick it on the doll's face.

Do-it-yourself crafts for Easter in kindergarten (photo) help you take a fresh look at familiar objects! On Easter days, when nature comes to life and life triumphs, the best gift is a basket with Easter cakes and painted eggs. We invite you and your baby to work a little to complement the classic ensemble with a cute character - a chicken made from a rubber glove.

Such a homemade product gives a huge space for creativity: you can use blanks and decorations of different colors, shapes and textures. All the birds you create will be unique and inimitable!

What will you need

Prepare tools and materials to make craft for Easter to the kindergarten with their own hands:

  • kitchen glove
  • felt-tip pen
  • colored paper
  • Feathers
  • Piece (volumetric) eyes for crafts
  • Buttons
  • Napkins
  • Toilet paper
  • Glue stick and scissors.

What are we doing

First of all, we need to create the basis for our do-it-yourself crafts with children. Take a thick rubber glove- you can buy these at any hardware store - and squeeze it tightly at the very bottom. Without releasing the pressure, raise the fist higher up the glove - this is how we force air into its upper part. We intercept the area under the palm with an elastic band.

We tuck cuff so that it forms a small container, which we will fill with toilet paper. We've got a stand! We decorate the top of the stand with thinly cut green paper strips. Our hen went for a walk on the grassy lawn.

Main task completed Now it's up to the finishing. Cut out the crest and beak (you will need red material) and glue a pair of voluminous eyes on the mother hen (if you don’t have them on hand, use a win-win combination of white and black circles).

Some ideas for finishing touches

When making crafts for Easter to kindergarten with your own hands (see photo below), you can use the following recommendations:

  • You can draw colorful dots on the Corydalis or stick a collection on it buttons.
  • Use formatted feather paper pieces or decorate your craft with real feathers in radical shades.
  • Paper rings never go out of fashion. Just put them on all four fingers.
  • folded in half regular napkins will be a wonderful accessory in its simplicity.

Winter with frost and snow is in full swing! We meet February and the main event of this month - Men's Day! Relatives, loved ones, strong. We will prepare gifts to warm, please, celebrate our defenders and earners. This, you see, is sometimes difficult. What to gift? Well, what would you come up with?

I have one wonderful friend. She tells me that her principle is that a gift to a man should not be expensive. This is absolutely useless, she believes, it is somehow wrong, somehow the other way around. But then it should be with love, from the heart, with warmth. And it is absolutely beautiful and touching if it is made with your own hands. There is some deep meaning in this. And this touching warmth instills even more strength in a man. I think many women will agree with this opinion.

In this regard, I want to offer you one very simple and completely uncomplicated master class. It will not take you much time and effort, it will not require special skills and special materials. But in the end you will get a cute thing with many purposes: a direct one - a toy, a practical one - household gloves (and, as you know, everything is useful in the household) in a gift presentation, a funny one - such a comic "male" present, a complement - as a sign of his softness and at the same time economics. So, we will make a kitten from simple household gloves!

Let's get started!

For work we need:

A pair of fabric household gloves;

Sintepon (can be replaced with cotton wool);

Threads, needle;

Colored buttons and/or small pieces of colored felt

Any satin ribbon;

Scissors;

Good mood and love!

Step 1. We take our glove (I have it right; do not forget that the blue "pimples" are supposed to be in such gloves on the palm) and fill the middle finger inward. Perhaps it could have been cut off. But what if our glove will then be used by the owner for its intended purpose? So let's leave it!

Step 2 Now we will fill our glove with synthetic winterizer. We fill in all the fingers. Not too tight. For convenience, you can help yourself with large scissors, a stick or a ruler.

Fill to the gum. Leave this part blank for now.

Step 3 Next, take the white thread. We cut it off longer and fold it into two or three additions. We drag her part of the glove just below the elastic band. Just this place is not stuffed with padding polyester. To clarify - we drag not just along the edge of the elastic band, but a little lower, because we leave this part under the kitten's head, we will make it a little larger so that the figure is proportional. If the synthetic winterizer interferes a little, move it deeper inside. He is obedient!

Step 4. Well, now we fill the head with synthetic winterizer. Gently, evenly, not too tight.

Step 5 We move on. We insert the white thread into the needle. Now we need to sew the incision. We sew with the usual, simplest seam - stitches back and forth. Even at this stage, I want to pay attention to the finger of our glove, which we tucked inside. Let's also lightly sew this place, just as we sewed up the head now. This will make our toy more accurate. And if the glove will soon be used for its intended purpose, these seams can be easily removed.

This is what we got in 5 simple steps:

Cheer up the kitten with your hand. Shake it, shake it off. Beat the head, and pull the edges of the glove, "ears" to the sides. That is, give shape to our toy.

Step 6 The next step is to connect the handles. We take the little finger and thumb of our glove and sew them together. A couple of stitches is enough.

All. Main done! Now we are left with decorative work. Let's make a muzzle and outfit for our hero. So let's revive it! Everyone has their own fantasy, their own set of decorative elements. And each will get its own unique kitten.

Step 7 Eyes can be made from buttons, cut out of felt, glued ready-made eyes for soft toys.

I cut out a circle from green felt, another smaller one from white. Came them. And glued a triangular bead on top.

Step 8. Now you need to embroider the nose and cheeks. To do this, we need a colored thread. I took brown. If the thread is thin, make it in two additions. To facilitate the work and accurate results, you can draw the future muzzle with a pen.

We will embroider in the simplest way that children learn in labor lessons at school. On the drawn line, we simply make ordinary stitches, back and forth, just as we sewed the head. I show not on a kitten, but on a white patch, so that you can see it better.

Further, having reached the edge, we turn around and begin to pass the needle and thread under our stitches without piercing the fabric. Gradually, stitch by stitch. Just push and pull. And we will get a straight line. Let's go through the whole picture.

Here is the muzzle ready! And the kitten is already smiling, living :)

Step 9 Now let's put a bow on him. Choose any ribbon, any color, texture. To your taste. And tie a beautiful bow around the cat's neck.

Step 10 Well, the last. Heart in paws! Here, too, everything depends on your desire, taste, imagination, ideas, stocks. Button, bead, sewn heart, felt, wooden (I chose this, I borrowed it from my daughter's set for creating beads). Or maybe it will be a small envelope, but inside a wish? Or just a note. Or... You will definitely do something very special and important just for you!

That's how we created such a cute and cute cat in 10 simple and interesting steps. He stands and waits to complete his beautiful mission! Become a gift, please, surprise, bring a good mood, tell about something important.

I hope you liked it and you will definitely take this idea into your piggy bank! Such a craft can be done with a child - as his gift to dad. Or maybe you don’t have time to choose and need to prepare a quick, but pleasant and interesting present. Or maybe it's just a canvas and you will come up with something of your own. Lots of options!

I will be very pleased if you take my advice. And I will be very glad if you write to me what you did, how you used this kitten, what emotions it aroused in the one it was intended for, what ideas for modernization and additions were born to you! Thank you!

Good luck and creative success!

Gloves have become small or one is lost - it does not matter! Together with a child, you can make a great toy.

The process of creating your own toy for a child will be very exciting.

This lesson develops fine motor skills, imaginative thinking, imagination, perseverance.

Materials:

  1. Gloves;
  2. Scissors;
  3. Needle;
  4. Threads;
  5. Buttons for decorating the muzzle;
  6. Ribbons, rhinestones, etc. for decoration;
  7. Material for stuffing toys (rice, cotton wool, peas, synthetic winterizer, etc.).

Master class "Cat"

  1. First you need to cut off two fingers from the glove: the little finger and the middle one. In order for the cat to be symmetrical and neat, you need to cut off the little finger not at random, but along an oblique line. The holes that formed after cutting off the fingers are sewn up.
  2. Now a small incision should be made on the opposite side of the glove. It should be at the same level as the thumb. Then we take the cut off little finger and sew it to the incision just made. Thus, we get two hands. Remember that you need to sew on the little finger from the wrong side.
  3. The middle cut off finger of the glove will play the role of the tail of the toy. It must be sewn on the back in the center and also on the wrong side. This is necessary so that the threads and seams are not visible.
  4. The next step is stuffing the product. For stuffing, you can use both cotton wool and synthetic winterizer. If there is neither one nor the other, then you can take cereals, for example, rice. At the end of this procedure, we sew up the glove.
  5. The top of the glove will play the role of a head for our toy. Therefore, it is necessary to slightly tighten the neck with threads. Then we select the ears, after which we sew the eyes and nose.
  6. If desired, you can put a scarf on the neck of the toy, tie a bow, decorate the toy with beads, sequins or rhinestones.

Lost one glove - familiar situation? What to do with the remaining orphan glove? Soft toys from gloves are the way out, and a fun pastime, because you can make a toy from a glove with your child. We offer a master class - in this case we make a cat. And if you have a second single glove, then clothes for the cat. If you do everything right, then as a result you will get such a cat:

How to make a glove toy

For work you will need: thread with a needle, scissors, filler for toys (holofiber is perfect), buttons.

Carefully, as in the picture, cut off the parts of the gloves, sew them in place of the cuts. Sew the part of the finger as a foot as shown below:

Don't forget to sew on the tail! In the place where the glove passes into the elastic band for the wrist, sew and tighten the thread, highlighting the head in this way. Fill the toy with holofiber. Why exactly them? Because such filler for toys is hypoallergenic and will perfectly fill the cavity of the toy, because it is designed just for this. After stuffing the cat with holofiber, sew up the glove.

Sew the corners of the elastic, so you highlight the ears.

And if you have another single glove, you can make a tank top for a cat. To do this, simply cut off all the fingers, and make cuts on the sides of the glove.
