A selection of video lessons

This article will offer a selection of videos in which needlewomen will share their ideas with you.

How to make a Christmas tree from candies: master class

To work you will need a sheet of cardboard, scissors, glue and candies; it is advisable to choose candies in a bright, beautiful wrapper and light in weight.

First of all, you need to form the base of the future Christmas tree from a sheet of cardboard; to do this, you should cut out a semicircular part and roll it into a cone. Then you can start gluing the candies, you just need to stick them in rows in a circle either using double-sided tape or glue. You can attach any New Year's toy to the top of the tree.

How to make a Christmas tree from candies and tinsel

The second master class will describe the process of making a Christmas tree from sweets and tinsel. To work, you will need several sheets of white or green cardboard, about a kilogram of sweets, tinsel, tape, a stapler and PVA glue.

First of all, on a sheet of green cardboard you need to draw an even circle and divide it into four parts, then you should cut out the circle itself and one part, and the remaining parts should be twisted into a cone shape, thereby creating the base of the Christmas tree. You need to make the bottom row of needles from tinsel; to do this, measure out a piece from the tinsel that is equal to the diameter of the base, and glue it to the bottom wide edge of the tree. Next, you need to make the next row of candies, which need to be glued over the tinsel with a slight overlap. The next row should again be made of tinsel, and on top again you should make a row of candies. Thus, alternating a row of tinsel and a row of candies, it is necessary to decorate the entire base of the tree.

3rd MK

In the third master class it will be explained how to make a Christmas tree from sweets and a bottle of champagne. To work, you will need several types of candies, five of which must be red so that you can form a star from them and decorate the top of the Christmas tree with it, tinsel, double-sided tape, scissors and a bottle of champagne.

A bottle will serve as the basis for the future Christmas tree, so the bottle must be covered with strips of double-sided tape, then the protective layer must be removed from the tape so that the decorations can be secured. Then you need to glue the candies tightly to each other to form a bottom row; you need to glue tinsel on top so that there are no gaps and no tape is visible. To reach the top of the tree, you need to alternate a row of candies and a row of tinsel. But it is advisable to make the top rows only from tinsel, since candies weigh down the tree. In order to attach a star to the top of the tree, you need to fasten the ends of five candy wrappers using a stapler.

The New Year is coming, and many people are faced with the problem of gifts. I want it to be useful, original and beautiful at the same time. You can, of course, simply ask to wrap the gift right in the store, and the seller will certainly do it beautifully. But this will definitely not be original. What if you do everything yourself? It’s not that difficult, and if you involve children who are quite capable of doing the work, you can “kill several birds with one stone.” Firstly, working together brings children and adults together. Secondly, children develop a sense of beauty. And thirdly, it will turn out really beautiful and original. A DIY candy tree is an example of such a gift.

Option 1 of a DIY candy tree

Christmas tree made of sweets with tails and tinsel. To make it, you need, in fact, the candies themselves, preferably in bright, but not necessarily shiny, candy wrappers, thick paper (whatman paper can be used), double-sided tape, scissors, and green tinsel.
A Christmas tree made from candies begins with making a cone out of whatman paper. Its height is arbitrary, whatever you want, usually no higher than 50 cm. The main thing is that it is stable. Double-sided tape is glued around the base of the cone. The top protective film is removed, and tinsel is carefully glued to the second side. The first row is ready. You can stick all the tinsel in a spiral from the base to the top of the cone. The distance between the turns is at least 10 cm.
The tape is again pasted over the tinsel, and the candies are attached to it close to each other, also in a spiral to the top of the head. The candy tails are arranged from top to bottom. Actually, the upper tails of the candy are glued to the tape. The result is an alternation of turns: tinsel - candy.
All that remains is to decorate the top. You can glue 3 candies to it with lower tails or decorate it with tinsel. You can add pieces of serpentine and rain to make it look like a Christmas tree. You can also try decorating with candies, which you can also quickly and easily do with your own hands.

Option two

This option, how to make a Christmas tree from candies, is similar to the first one, only the candies are truffles in shiny golden wrappers, and Christmas tree beads are used instead of tinsel. For the top, use a flat foil star or a bright bow. You can glue small bows to the finished tree in 4-5 places.
The truffles are glued to the tape with their tails, and their bases point down. The coils of beads and candies should fit tightly to each other so that the base is not visible. But if you cover it with gold spray paint in advance, it can shine through, which will not spoil the look of the Christmas tree at all.

Option three

You can make a DIY candy tree using a glue gun rather than double-sided tape; it is not only a Christmas tree, but also packaging for a small gift, for example, a toy for a child, a box with decorations for a girlfriend, or a purse for a spouse.
The Christmas tree will be made in three colors. You shouldn't use it anymore, as it will be tacky. A great combination of green (tinsel), red (candy) and gold (halved walnut shells spray painted).
The stages of work on how to make a Christmas tree from candies are the same as in the previous version.
1. Gluing tinsel in a spiral from bottom to top.
2. Gluing a spiral of candies with tails facing each other.
3 . Gluing a spiral of gilded shells.
All parts are attached with a glue gun. Fill the voids with rain.
There will be another gift inside the cone, so the bottom will have to be sealed with a circle of paper of the same diameter.

Option four

It was spotted on one of the foreign sites. This master class on a Christmas tree made from candies was given by one mother with many children.
Instead of whatman paper, use polystyrene foam or a floral sponge for the base. Flower shops sell various forms for bouquets made from these materials. Candies, also known as decorations, are multi-colored marmalade of the same shape, for example, cylindrical or semicircular. It is desirable that green color predominates, and several multi-colored candies among the greenery will imitate toys.
The candies are attached to the foam with halves of multi-colored plastic toothpicks. Simply, one end is stuck into the marmalade and the other into the cone. Only red candies can be used on the top. The candy tree master class is ready.

SELECTION OF IDEAS

It’s quite easy to make a simple Christmas tree from any sweets (truffles, chocolate, lollipops or even gummies), you can even make it together with your baby.

1. To create a Christmas tree from candies you will need:
- 500-600 grams of sweets in a bright wrapper (in this case we used a truffle in a gold wrapper);
- thick cardboard;
- glue, double-sided tape or glue gun
- Christmas tree decor (rain, a small star for the top of the head). The color of the candy wrapper should not match the color of the Christmas tree decoration. If you decide to use rain, then choose it with a short “pile” so that the candies are not unnoticeable.
-satin ribbon or corrugated paper can also be used for decoration

The first step is to make a cone from thick cardboard - cut out a semicircle and wrap it. Glue the edges together with superglue, which bonds securely and sets quickly. Cut the bottom of the cone into strips, bend it inward and glue a circle on top, which will help make the base as stable as possible.

Next, cover the cone with double-sided tape and remove both protective films. Next, glue a row of candies on the bottom. The candies must be pressed very carefully onto the tape, otherwise they will quickly fall off. And in this case, it is advisable to choose light weight ones. If you decide to use heavy chocolates, you can glue them with glue.

Decorate the top of the Christmas tree from candies - glue a light star (made of wood or foam) on top, then disguise the top with something suitable.

And then decorate as you wish! You can use a garland of beads or tinsel.

We can “plant” our Christmas tree in a pot. We choose a pot so that the Christmas tree does not outweigh it. Pour gypsum into the pot. We insert a twig or skewers and secure the tree after the plaster has dried. We decorate the pot.

2. Christmas tree made of sweets and tinsel.
So, what do we need:
-candy in candy wrappers (lots of candy!)
-green tinsel to match the color of the Christmas tree
-sheet of cardboard
- paper glue
-Ruler and pencil
- regular tape and double-sided tape
-scissors
-paper stapler

1) Make a cone from a sheet of cardboard, glue it together, measure with a ruler and draw with a pencil the same distance from the cone to the bottom, cut off the excess part.
2) The cone is ready. You can cover it with colored paper or paint it to match the color of tinsel. For us it remains white. Use a stapler to attach tinsel to the base of the cone. Our tinsel is green, because... most resembles natural spruce:
3) We glue double-sided tape onto the cone in a circle, determining the distance from the bottom according to the height of the candy so that the row of candies does not obscure the tinsel too much. You can use a pencil to make marks where the tape should be glued. When gluing the tape, you don’t need to press it completely against the cardboard, folds will still form. Remove the protective layer from the sticky part and press candy by candy onto it using the “tail” of the wrapper. We try to place the candies as tightly as possible so that the cardboard does not show through.
4) When a row of candies is laid out, we fix them with regular tape, going over the glued tails on top and grabbing the cardboard above them.

5) Cover the gluing area with tinsel, wrapping it around the cone. Tinsel can also be secured with double-sided tape in several places, and if it is not very thick, then it can be wrapped in two rows.
6) Similarly, glue the second row of candies onto double-sided tape and secure it on top with regular tape. We secure it on top with tinsel. We continue to alternate rows of candies and tinsel.
7) Before wrapping the very top with tinsel, insert and secure the “top” of the tree at the top of the cone: a bunch of 3-5 candies, a Christmas tree toy or a loop of ribbon.
8) Decorate the finished Christmas tree with serpentine - and a wonderful sweet New Year's gift is ready! You can and should eat the candies, and use the base cone to create another Christmas tree)))).

Some tips:
-if you have candies of different sizes and weights, you can glue each candy separately.
-Instead of sk:otcha you can use hot glue.
-Heavier candies are placed at the bottom of the tree, lighter ones at the top.
-If you have heavy chocolate candies, then for the cone you need to use very thick cardboard so that the base does not bend. You can glue candies in a checkerboard pattern over the entire surface of the cone at once, and then wrap tinsel in a spiral, starting from the bottom
-you can hide a small car or a soft toy inside the cone, you just need to think about the opening bottom of the tree.

3. Floral-candy work of art)))

To create a candy tree you will need:
- Styrofoam;
- candies;
- floral organza;
- toothpicks;
- decorative satin ribbons and beads;
- metallized corrugated paper and mesh;
- a sheet of thin metallized film (polysilk);
- hot glue gun;
- decorative cup (empty plastic container).
- dry gypsum or plaster;
- a branch from a tree of small size and thickness;
- gold acrylic paint;
- double-sided tape:
- sisal.

First, prepare a glass in which the candy tree will later be placed. Dilute a small amount of gypsum with water, mix thoroughly and fill a plastic glass halfway with the mixture. Place a twig, pre-painted with golden acrylic paint, in the center of the cup in a strictly vertical position. The structure in this form should stand until the plaster completely hardens (about a day).

At this time, make the base for the Christmas tree from candies. Why take a piece of polystyrene foam and cut a cone out of it. Next, cover the foam on all sides with polysilic (you can also use paper) to match the color of the future Christmas tree using double-sided tape.
Now the base of the Christmas tree needs to be covered with candies decorated with organza and ribbons. To do this, take two squares of fabric measuring 10 by 10 cm, a narrow brocade ribbon - 15 cm, and a toothpick.

Using a hot glue gun, first glue both ends of the ribbon to the edges of the toothpick, fold the organza squares together, moving them 45 degrees, then heat the fabric in the center with a toothpick, drop a little more glue and squeeze the center of the organza around the skewer. You will need quite a lot of these elements. After which they need to be evenly stuck into the cone-base of the tree.

To decorate the Christmas tree, instead of Christmas balls, round-shaped candies in gold wrapper are used, which need to be attached to a wooden skewer or toothpick using a heat gun. The candies also need to be wrapped in a net, for which you cut out rectangular pieces, fold each in half lengthwise and wrap around the candy. Secure it with tape at the base of the candy.
Form several candies in this way and insert the free end of the skewer into the foam cone. Decorate the tops of the Christmas tree with a star.

After the plaster has dried, cover the top of the glass with a sheet of polysilic. Place pieces of foam plastic inside the container and decorate the surface with sisal fibers. Place a circle of a glass of regular-shaped candy in a bright wrapper. Decorate the top of the glass with beads and a bow.

Place the Christmas tree in a glass by pinning its base onto a branch. For better fixation, the free end of the branch must first be sharpened and coated with glue.

4. Christmas tree made of candies and champagne bottles (opening).

To create an original New Year's gift you will need:
- a bottle of champagne;
- chocolate candies - 500 g;
- paper cone;
- hot glue gun;
- double sided tape
- rain
- decor: star, beads, beads and bows (optional)

Start by creating the cone needed to cover the neck of the champagne bottle. We will only cover the bottom part of the decorated bottle with candies, since otherwise you will not be able to open it.

So, take a strip of double-sided tape and stick it along the entire height of the cone, starting from its top. Then start wrapping the cone with rain. Attach a star to the top.
Next, attach the same strip of tape to the champagne bottle and cover it with rain.

Candies can be used in any shape, but in this case they resemble bells.
Each candy must be glued to the bottle using hot glue so that the candies are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. To cover the bottle in this master class, 34 candies were used.

If you decide to resort to the idea of comic predictions, then before sticking on the candies, you need to hide a wish folded into a triangle in the tail of each candy.

An original gift for the New Year is ready! Put on your tops and go! It can also be used to decorate the New Year's table.

5. You can decorate a bottle of champagne with sweets in another way:
To create such a Christmas tree, on average you will need about 500 grams. chocolates. Cut the tape into thin strips and glue them to the tails of the candies.
Start attaching the candies to the bottle starting from the bottom. You need to glue it tightly so that the base of the bottle is not visible. You can also use Christmas tree tinsel as decoration.

Additionally, decorate a sweet candy tree made from a champagne bottle with ribbons of matching colors.

There are many options for how to make a Christmas tree out of candy with your own hands.

We suggest considering one of the most budget-friendly ones, which does not require a large investment of money, since it requires a relatively small amount of candy. At the same time, such a Christmas tree looks no worse than those made by other methods.

To make it you will need:

  • a sheet of green cardboard;
  • lush green tinsel;
  • glue;
  • candies in the shape of “bells”, wrapped in such a way that the candy itself lies in the center of the wrapper, and the edges of the wrapper are gathered at the top. The brighter the wrapper, the more elegant the Christmas tree will turn out.

Let's get started!

We roll the cardboard sheet into a cone and fix it with glue.

We cut the bottom edge so that it becomes smooth, and the cone can stand on a flat surface. To ensure an even cut, you can draw a dotted line on the cone.

We put the cone in front of us - we have a base

The cone is the basis of the craft

We begin to turn it into a Christmas tree. To do this, fix the tip of the tinsel on the top of the cone. You can simply thread it inside and tie a knot on the back.

Now carefully, circle by circle, we wrap the cone with tinsel, trying to lay the layers parallel to the surface of the table, that is, in even horizontal rows. We fix each row with glue. We press the tinsel well so that the glue grabs the very middle, otherwise it may fall off over time.

Gradually, our workpiece begins to resemble a Christmas tree.

All that remains is to wrap it with tinsel to the end and cut off or bend the excess tip.

The Christmas tree is already ready.

Now let's get to the fun part - we'll dress her up.

We take candies and glue them onto the tinsel the way we would hang Christmas tree decorations. Don't forget to decorate the top - in this case the candy will replace the traditional star.
